5 Reasons J.T. Corenflos is the Best Guitar Player You’ve Never Heard Of

J.T. Corenflos is a Nashville session guitar player that I’ve stolen a ton of tricks from and I’m one of ten people that knows who he is. That’s exaggerating, but still, not enough people know about this guy.

I could talk on and on about how J.T Corenflos’ awesome playing has graced the albums of Dierks Bentley, Eric Church, Luke Bryan, Alan Jackson, Darius Rucker, Dustin Lynch, Easton Corbin, John Anderson, Alabama, Don Henley, Dolly Parton, George Jones, Toby Keith, Thomas Rhett, Kacey Musgraves (seriously the list goes on FOREVER), but you can see the list for yourself here: http://www.allmusic.com/artist/jt-corenflos-mn0000194800/credits

Part of the reason I picked these licks is because on a lot of albums he’s listed as one of 4 or 5 guitar players and I don’t actually know for sure what he did and didn’t play. On the Dierks songs I picked for this video he’s listed as the only electric player listed, so it’s definitely him. Also Dierks’ songs are the best and everyone should learn them.

J.T Corenflos is my secret for learning great licks, tricks, and touch. Who are some guitar players you think are incredible that nobody has ever heard of? I’m always looking for new players to steal tricks from.
